🍎 Are there registration fees or time commitments with ASP?
There are no registration, enrollment fees or time commitments.
🍎 How much does tutoring cost?
Rates vary depending on your assigned tutor and the service provided. The rate is shared after your free initial consultation.
🍎 How often am I billed?
Billing takes place on a monthly basis and payment details are provided on the invoice.
🍎 How long are sessions?
In-person tutoring sessions are a minimum of 60 minutes. Virtual sessions are a minimum of 30 minutes.
🍎 Where are sessions held?
Sessions are typically held in the student’s home, public library or occasionally at the student’s school.
🍎 Who coordinates my child's session?
Sessions are coordinated by your tutor and take place at a mutually agreed upon time and place.
🍎 What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel directly with your tutor or in our calendar system Tutorbird. We just ask for 24 hours notice.
🍎 What if my tutor is not a good fit?
It is critical that the tutor/tutee have a symbiotic relationship. There are so many moving parts and dynamics happening in a learning experience. If your child's tutor is not the best fit, please reach out to Adrienne and we will place a tutor who is a better fit!
